Staying in Touch

Communications between residents and staff is essential and we make every effort to stay in touch with residents on a frequent basis. The Executive Director and Registered Nurse have scheduled service plan reviews for all residents receiving Assisted Living or Memory Care services.

We invite and encourage family members to attend our many activities and events along with their resident family members. Terracina Grand is a community of vibrant activity and we enjoy having family members participate with us in as many events and activities as they are able. Family members make a significant contribution to our community life at Terracina Grand.

We also value and encourage family members to communicate with us at any time regarding community programs, activities, special events or simply to see how mom and dad are doing.

We publish a monthly newsletter and calendar that is available to both residents and family members. Please request them if you are not receiving them.
