Raffaele Rotondo, Dining Room and Banquet Manager

I am proud to manage the dining and food events for the residents of Terracina Grand. For eight years, I worked for a private country club which gave me the understanding of “first-class” dining. As the Dining Room and Banquet Manager here at Terracina Grand, I now have the opportunity to use my skills to their fullest potential.

I grew up in Naples, Florida, where, my parents were a great influence on me. My mother was a Registered Nurse and my father a chef, so I was exposed to compassion for people as well as passion for high quality cuisine.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Hodges University. I hope to use my degree to benefit Terracina Grand. My wife Kristy and I met here in Naples. We both enjoy traveling and being on the go.
